Tomorrow Begins Women's History Month

To begin your celebration of Women's History Month in March, we thought we'd begin with this little offering of two Labrys lapel pins. The labrys is a double headed ritual axe often found in ancient Minoan depictions of the Mother Goddess. Use of the labrys has been documented on medieval charms used to attract women. We received an email from "Beth" over the weekend saying that she couldn't tell what our lapel pins looked like cuz the pictures were too small. So yesterday, I plopped my wide-load into the chair, cracked open a beer, and re-scanned all the pictures of the pins (well, not the discontinued one). A Friendly Wave

During this week's restock of our lapel pins, we picked up another new one. This Rainbow Wave Pin is twice the width of our other wave pin at 1/8 inch. It's 1-1/4 inch long and coated enamel for long wear. The pin itself is brass, with two studs on the back so it can be positioned in any direction and won't spin around. One of 22 new items/options we've added already this year.
